OFF-LINE ENTRY OF JOB-ADVT by Vendors (Email Vs. Phone No.)

One of the problem that we are facing is that many advertisers, either do not have an email address or do not mention it in their advt. Without email address, "CANDIDATE-ALERTS" cannot work—nor can we forward the resumes to that advertiser, if requested by a jobseeker. We do not wish to get into SNAIL-MAIL!

But quite often, companies do mention their phone no in the advertisement. Some mention even "Fax No."

I believe, now, technology & service providers are available, who can/will deliver "emails over phones—in any part of India (navin.com ? / instamail / ).

Can we investigate & find out, whether

• we can deliver "job-alert" / "resumes" over phone
• what will it cost ?
• Can it be automated ?
