·     This is refers to our decision today.

Enclosed find some display tables.

·     I consider these VERY VITAL inputs to corporate & candidates.

·     If they are able to view their entire History at once glance - in chronological sequence - they would prefer India Recruiter (and other partner websites) over other jobsites.

·     And, as far as Corpo. HR mgrs are concerned, the FEAR that the whole world (essentially the candidate - would), would openly SEE/ Discuss /Debate their ARM Score (See my Note "Let us Revolutionize" of 12-11-05) would be a  very powerful incentive for them to give some feedback/ any feedback to each & every applicant, WITHIN 24 hours
