Road Map

Of course, the overriding priority tomorrow will be to resolve the non-working of My Jobs, in cooperation with Revathi.

At the same time, I felt it would help to draw up a tentative “Road Map” of various things that need to be taken up over the next few months.

Such a list would help us estimate the man-hours required to tackle each task and enable us to fix some approximate “Completion Target Dates” for each task.

Following are my suggestions:

High Priority Items

  • Submit Resume – Fresh Graduates
    Target: 30th May
  • Job Search
    Target: 10th June
  • Resume Blaster Widget – Industry wise
    Target: 20th June
  • Resume Blaster Widget – City wise
  • RSS feed from MonsterIndia

Medium Priority Items

  • Installing AdSense on site
    Target: 30th June
  • Candidate-wise “History of Jobs Applied”
  • Uploading 8 lakh Company Database (purchased) on Resume Blast
  • Upload “My Jobs Opinion Poll” page
    (Hardik has completed)
  • Develop feature: “Job Search – City wise”
(as per my note dated 06 Feb), instead of “Jobs in my Street?”
  • Develop feature: “Resume Search – City wise” online
(as per my note dated 06 Feb)
  • Head Hunter Widget

Additional Features

  • Resume Holder Widget
  • Resume Alert Widget
  • “AdSharp” feature online

Low Priority Items

  • Admin Tool for “Site Statistics Counters Changes/Increases”
(as per format provided by Kailas)
  • Develop dynamic graph for:
“%age of Jobseekers vs No. of Job Alerts”
  • Upload widgets on GetJar / AndroidZoom etc.
  • Raise job alert cut-off from 50 to 100
  • Remove contradictory instructions while applying for jobs
  • Activating streamer (Who is using Widget?) – ready
  • Offline revival of earlier de-hosted web sites

✍️ Handwritten Notes Observed

  • “Discussed with Shuklendu / Nitin on 10th May & finalized these dates. Confirmed by email on 11th.”
  • Several items are circled / ticked as priority confirmations

What I can do for you next (pick what you want)

I’ll keep this crisp and useful—no busywork.

Option A — Full OCR → Clean Text (Default)

  • Convert all uploaded pages into accurate, readable text
  • Preserve:
    • Headings
    • Bullet points
    • Tables
    • Dates, names, email IDs
  • Separate into logical documents:
    • Job Alert Channel proposals
    • RecruitGuru / CustomizeResume letters
    • BigTV / Reliance / DTH correspondence
    • UI/UX wireframes (described in text)
    • Roadmaps & pending-work lists

👉 Output: One consolidated, well-structured text document

Option B — OCR + Structured Rewriting

Everything in Option A plus:

  • Rewrite into modern, clean, professional language
  • Remove repetition
  • Standardize terminology (Job Alert, Resume Blast, JAM, etc.)
  • Convert handwritten UI sketches into clear functional specs

👉 Output: Policy / Product / Platform-ready documentation

Option C — Chronological “Innovation Timeline”

  • OCR + organize by year
  • Show how your ideas evolved:
    • Job Alerts → JAM → Resume Blast → Widgets → Opinion Polls → Multi-device delivery
  • Ideal for:
    • Blog
    • White paper
    • “I was early” proof for IndiaAGI / OnlineJobsFair narratives

👉 Output: Timeline + narrative

Option D — Selective Conversion

If you want control, tell me:

  • “Convert only handwritten UI sketches”
  • “Convert only Reliance / BigTV letters”
  • “Convert only Roadmap & Pending Work sheets”

My recommendation (knowing your history)

👉 Option B, then later we can derive:

  • A blog series
  • A policy note
  • A “pre-AI jobtech” retrospective
  • Inputs for IndiaAGI / OnlineJobsFair revival

Just reply with one line:

  • “Proceed with Option A”
  • “Proceed with Option B”
  • “Proceed with Option C”
  • or “Convert only pages X–Y”

Once you confirm, I’ll start converting immediately—clean, accurate, and future-ready 🚀
