Pay Per Use

Dear HR Chief / Headhunter

When the entire world has changed over to "Pay-per-use," why do you want to pay to any jobsite, a huge/fixed subscription - and in advance - irrespective of your actual usage?

Maybe there are thousands of you, who need to fill-up only 2/3 vacancies every year, but keep away from jobsites because they would ask you to pay-up Rs. 30000/= for a 3-month usage (or over Rs. 1,00,000/= for annual subscription).

All over the Web, advertisers make a micro-payment and only when someone clicks on their advts - not otherwise.

Do you pay for water-electricity-gas-phone-travel or for any other service/utility which you do not use?

Then why should you pay an exorbitant subscription/tariff for

  • your job-advts that do not get viewed by jobseekers?
  • resumes that you never viewed?
  • resumes that you never received?

In short, why should you get taken for a ride?

We see no reason, why you should be made to pay for services which never got delivered!

No more. Now you have an option - a far Superior Option.

When you subscribe to our website, you will pay Re. 1/=, everytime

  • a jobseeker views one of your Job-advts
  • you View a candidate's Profile (resume)
  • a Candidate "Applies Online" to you/your job-advt

In Interactive Interview Tool (IIT)

  • you click on "SEND MAIL" (Candidate Assessment)
  • you click on "Company Profile" link \
  • you click on "Job Description" link \
  • you click on any KEYWORD

No change if there are no results

That's all.

NO Minimum/fixed/time-bound subscription

NO long term Commitment

NO lock-in

NO validity period

NO expiry date

While we are still working on a detailed mechanism/procedures for payments/credit balances/Service Usage Statistics/Admin Tool etc, please go ahead, REGISTER and start using our services, absolutely FREE.

Liberate yourself from the tyranny of the few! - Rahul
