[Handwritten Notes]

Names List:

Rahul / Saurabh / Yogesh / Swati / Sonal

Strategy Details:

  • On IndiaRecruiter, we will add a separate "REGISTRATION" for "Management Colleges/Institutions" teaching MBA in HR (Human Resource).
  • We will offer them FREE, life-time subscription and encourage their Professors to use IIT for "role-playing" exercises, wherein one student can play the role of an Interviewer and other student can play the role of a Candidate.
  • If these MBA(HR) students use IIT during 2 years of their MBA course, then they will develop a deep loyalty for IIT/IndiaRecruiter.
  • Upon graduation, when these students take up full time jobs in Industry, they will spread the use of IndiaRecruiter/IIT in their companies.
  • This is a slow—but sure—process of BRAND-BUILDING.
