- Idea
is to leverage our job-advt archive (database) to attract Corporate HR
mgrs to subscribe to partner websites.
- Once
again, any casual visitor should be able to try out/test this feature
without requiring Login.
- REPOST
button will not work if login not done. A message will flash.
- Ability
to see/view one’s own past job-adverts at one location is a tantalizing
thought.
- To
be able to simply edit & repost an old job advert is very productive.
- Even
a company which has never posted any job-advert in the past (on any
jobsite) and therefore has no archive of its own, can also use this
feature by opening any other company’s advert for the same position and
edit + repost it.
- Many
HR mgrs will find this feature irresistible — especially those HR mgrs
with poor conceptual / writing skills — small companies too!
