   (payable on 15-4-2004) along with incentive (insurance money). Will be forfeited if they leave before that date.

3. Project Launch – 1-4-2003.

4. Project Team to switch to fixed lump sum salary structure from 1/4/03.

5. No incentive to anyone leaving before 15/4/2004 (or even terminated before that date).

6. “Net Collections” only refer to WebService project.
   Income/revenue from other projects will NOT be considered. Eg:

• Manhattan

• JAWS

• LOCKIN

• OCTOPUS

Demo/Trial on Web → 100 resumes (not 2 months).

“Search Engine” must be launched simultaneously (along with extractor) although with separate “Tariff”.

Advance Payment with reducing balance & auto email for renewal.
