COMMUNICATION TOOL

Abhi – Rajeev

COMMUNICATION TOOL

Our “house of success “following 4 walls.

à  A large database (especially Non-Member)

à  A Pin-point search (Keyword project)

à  Superfast Communication (email/SMS/Voicemail/Phone)

à  Flawless order Execution System

This “House” would be incomplete if any one of the walls is missing ! Construction of all 4 walls must progress simultaneously.

As far as “Superfast Communication” is concerned, please read enclosed notes-and this article.

As far as shortlisted MEMBER candidates are concerned, CA (Consultant Assistant) Tool has come built-in feature to send out emails (since all “members” have email ID ) eg: Interest letters.

But “Non-Members” do not have email-ID’s. They only have office/resi/mobile phone no’s.

If our Consultant wishes to talk to a very Senior Executive (non-member), of course, she will phone & explain our “Assignment” & whether it interest him/her. But such personal/individual phone-calls will be with only a few, very Senior Executives. But, in case of a majority of our Search-assignments, our consultant would like to send-out a SMS or Voicemail message (standardized) to 50/100 middle level managers-rather  than phone & explain to each of them, one-by-one. She may talk on phone with 10/15 who respond positively to our SMS. So we need a MESSAGING TOOL (-and a Service Provider?) Coupled/integrated into our NON-MEMBER database search. Please apply your mind on Constructing the 4th Wall !

Communication Tool

The three important dimensions of this tool are:

Ø  Target Recipients

(To whom do you want to send your message ?)

Ø  Message

(what is the “Content” of your message ? Is it a STANDARD PRE-COMPOSED message  pick-up from a LIBRARY of messages

OR

Is it a UNIQUE message, specially composed for the Target group, for a “Specific” / one-time purpose ? )

Ø  Mode

(How do you want the message to go)

-          Email (with or without VIDEO-CLIP)

-          SMS

-          Voice Mail

-          Fax

Etc.

This tool will exclude one-to-one phone-calls, where we will have a Simple/bought-out

“DIALER SOFTWARE”.

(Vikram)

Our “in-Box email reader” application/feature, must be able to differentiate a “Resume” from other emails & then forward only the “Resume-emails” to GuruMine. That would greatly simplify a subscriber’s life

“Spam Genes”

We could make a list of keywords that we expect to find only in “Resume-Emails” & in no other type of emails. These would be our “Resume-Genes” ! If these “Genes” are present, then we know it is a “Resume-email” ! This is like “Black or White” / present or absent / 0 or 1 / yes or no. But such absolute/unique Keywords will be rare.

However, we can always find several WORDS, whose, probability (frequency of occurrence) is Very High (0.9) in an “ “Resume-Email” but very low (0.01) in ordinary email, eg:

Ø  Resi. Add (city Name)

Ø  Edu. Quali.                          Have you ever seen these being used in general email?

Ø  Date of Birth
