Placement Agencies
Elsewhere, I have already
mentioned that, we should have a mechanism whereby the placement agencies can
download / fill-in offline & then upload, several hundred resumes at one
go.
The resumes (batch) could be a
mixture of various "types" of resumes (IT/Non-IT,
Fresh/college/subordinate staff/retired prof. etc.).
Agency should not have to fill-in
"Contact" (Address) Block again & again! —in each resume.
Of course, the Agency will be
issued unique
- User ID
- PassWord
- Serial No.
But, at what stage, will we issue
User ID / Password / PEN to each candidate whose resume gets uploaded by the
Agency?
I feel this should be done at the
moment when agency uploads that resume EXCEPT that he (the agency) will not
communicate these to the concerned candidate.
