From the above-mentioned figures,
you can conclude whether the no. of resumes coming-in thru your organisation is
satisfactory or whether you need to aggressively publicise amongst your
students/surfers/jobseekers our unique facility of:
JOB-ALERT
Once a person submits his resume
on our website (even thru one of our Partner websites) and activates the
"job-alert" feature, he would, thereafter, receive an email alert,
everytime some Company posts a job-advt. on our website which "matches"
the profile of the jobseeker.
This email alert will be sent out
once-a-day, everytime there is a "match". Of course, if a jobseeker
does NOT want to receive such email alerts, he could come back to our website
and "edit" his resume (i.e. deactivate the alert button
$\text{\text{\text{X}}}$).
Besides this, everytime an online
recruiter on our website "shortlists" a resume, the concerned
candidate will receive an email from us! This will
tell him, how much persons with
his edu. qualification/skills/experience, are in demand!
We have no doubt that if you were

students/surfers/jobseekers, they would not want to miss an opportunity to
