CONVERTING EACH SHOPPING BASKET (ENQUIRY-FORM) INTO A JOB-ADVT POSTING (Automatically)

Only rarely will a recruiter

• conduct a resume search / fill a Shopping Basket
  and also
• post a Job Advt.

A Shopping Basket (which gives all details about the vacancy as well as the “corporate”) may or may not result into:

• a purchase order for us
• a filled vacancy of the corporate.

Why not, automatically, treat this Shopping Basket as a JOB-ADVT (assumed) and, with appropriate messages, keep sending CANDIDATE ALERT messages to concerned corporates (till such time he deactivates the alert).

Corporates should appreciate such VALUE-ADDED SERVICE.

P.S.: Such a converted Job-Advt should result in Job-Alerts & Candidate Alerts. This feature already existed on old UNIX server!!
